Responsibilities & Skills:

• The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and must nurture an environment of opportunity and creativity.
• They should adopt national and international best practices for company turnaround.
• The candidate must be well-versed in dealing with various business, social, legislative, and regulatory environments.
• Deep understanding of community relationships and industry best practices.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/16 years education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification national or international experience, including 03 years in the power sector.
• Experience in senior management positions, preferably in the power sector.

Remuneration & Tenure:

• Market-based salary package based on qualifications and experience.
• Initial contract for three years, subject to annual performance evaluation.

Other Conditions:

• Must comply with Fit and Proper Criteria as per relevant laws and policies.
• Maximum age limit: 65 years.
